Proletarians of All Countries, Unite! REJECT AND COMBAT THE RIGHT OPPORTUNIST LINE AND THE “LEFT” OPPORTUNIST LINE – TWO LINES OPPOSED TO THE PARTY AND THE REVOLUTION, AND NURSED BY THE REACTION! The Peruvian revolution is currently confronting two lines opposed to the revolution, both nursed by the reaction under imperialism’s command as a part of its counterrevolutionary plan – with the objective of bereaving the Peruvian people of their leadership in the revolution, and strike against the Party that is the red faction of the international communist movement. They think that in this way, they will be able to break the Party, that in this way they will stop the people’s war; but the Party continues to lead it applying what was established by our I Congress and by gonzalo thought, thus developing the mass work in the countryside and the city, with people’s war. We communists and revolutionaries already know, and it has been proven with undeniable evidence, that the revisionist and capitulationist ROL is a line conceived and nursed directly by the reaction. All the videos staged by them in collaboration with Montesinos and under the leadership of Yankee imperialism have been unmasked, like the so-called self-criticism of “Nancy” (Margie Clavo). Today these rats serve the plan of imperialism and reaction to set up a “Maoist” communist party in name only, to participate in elections and be a part of the old state and spread that “there are no conditions for making revolution” and that “the world revolution is in retreat” – which is also the plan for all the countries where there is revolutionary armed struggle, and in the other countries to prevent that real revolutions are initiated, led by Communist Parties and with the unfading ideology of Marxism of today: Maoism. The new “left” opportunist line (LOL) represented by the brothers Quispe has its particular characteristics; they say “continue the people’s war” and carry out armed actions, but in reality they deny gonzalo thought and the line established by the I Congress; they deny the work in the cities (“Cities as complement, countryside as the main” established by Chairman Gonzalo) and the whole military line of the proletariat established by Chairman Mao. Instead of that, they apply a war without Great Leadership, a militarist line that focuses on making actions to serve their personal power and aiming at agreements with the reaction. They promote a leadership based on armed force, not on politics, and instead of a protracted people’s war based on the masses and linked to their struggles for demands, they apply the focism of MRTA’s armed revisionism. It is now clear that this LOL, just like the ROL, is nursed by and directly linked to the reaction. They come with clumsy lies like “Chairman Gonzalo and Feliciano planned their handover with the CIA” – but now we see that Raúl Quispe worked directly with the reaction in the capture of Feliciano.

They put forward that “the leadership must participate in actions”; basically it was questioning the leadership and setting the army against the leadership: concretely, the position that “the gun commands the Party”. That we had to “carry out more actions”; this would have led to mobilizing the whole Party and Army, and they did not see that we were in regrouping and that we had to develop more the political work among the masses. The committees applied this, developing the work to put the Party at the head of the masses, and now we are achieving that. The Party has combated the erroneous positions and has given every opportunity for them to correct themselves, but they have insisted in these positions, and not content with that, they have realized the “interview with José” behind the Party’s back and in collaboration with the reaction and the journalists in its service, like the Mossad agent Gorriti. In short, they are two counterrevolutionary lines, both nursed by the reaction, and the Party today is combating them as such, while it continues developing the people’s war applying what is established by Chairman Gonzalo and the I Congress, and what corresponds to the current situation. This means concretely to move the class, assume its struggles and move the peasants, principally the poor peasants, for the land, today in conflict with the mining companies. Today, the concentration of land is done through these companies, that have concentrated everything in the Cordillera Negra (Black Range), and on the coast are the so-called exporters. Without the masses, and if we put ourselves on the sidelines of their struggles, it would be useless to shoot down a hundred helicopters. This would be a blow against the enemy, but what union or peasant community would we mobilize if these actions are separated from the masses? We reaffirm ourselves in the Marxist-Leninist-Maoist, Gonzalo Thought, mainly Gonzalo Thought principle of developing the struggle for the power, the people’s war as the principal form of struggle, and in developing and leading the masses’ struggle for their demands as the other side of the coin.
