LONG LIVE THE NEW GREAT WAVE OF THE WORLD PROLETARIAN REVOLUTION!

The Peru People's Movement (MPP)

Today, with deep revolutionary joy and full optimism, we greet the international proletariat on its day and reaffirm ourselves in the complete validity of Marx' and Engels' Manifest of the Communist Party, of 1848, and our goal: the forever golden communism.

The proletariat is the most powerful revolutionary class of all human history, because it bases its transforming action on the true scientific ideology, marxism-leninism-maoism, principally maoism.

As Chairman Gonzalo teaches us "We must always base the politics on the almighty truth of our ideology. Today more than ever, when we confront the general counterrevolutionary offensive led by Yankee imperialism as hegemonic power and principal enemy of the peoples of the world".

The four points that are systematically and sinisterly attacked must be defended: "Defend socialism, the dictatorship of the proletariat, the Party and marxism, taking up the extraordinary transformations and the new grandeur that socialism, the dictatorship of the proletariat, the Party and marxism have impressed on earth in a few short years. It must be made clear that the benefits received by the people and the proletariat was immense, like never before, because before it was always for the benefit of small groups."

The transitory disappearance of that socialism, is linked to revisionism; "The revisionists are the vanguard of restoration, they are the responsible ones. What was lost is immense and that will be reconquered through fire and blood; it was heaven that was lost and we must reconquer it, we must storm the heaven again, it is not so complicated."

The counterrevolutionary offensive already reached its peak at the beginning of the 90s of the 20th century and started to decay. Imperialism, world reaction and revisionism are in the process of sinking.

Imperialism is the monopolist, parasitic and dying capitalism, its last stage, it's a cancer. Imperialism is a paper tiger. The peoples do not need imperialism. Imperialism is sinking in a long death agony, scramble, collusion and contention. They aim against the third world, every day more exploited and oppressed. Imperialism means war. Yankee imperialism has tripled its short term military budget, the other imperialist countries are militarising quickly, for instance this is the case with the union led by Germany. Concerning this, it is not a fact of lesser importance what happened with the Yankee spy aircraft and Chinese imperialism. The economy of imperialism is suffering more serious problems every day, from the U.S. to Japan and China, through Europe. The crisis that hits the imperialist countries is generating the awakening of the proletariat, as is expressed in the great mass actions of Nice, Cincinatti, Quebec. Clear proof that the revolutionary situation in uneven development in the world is a fact even in the belly of the imperialist beast. We must not let ourselves be cheated, the revolution is the principal historical and political tendency, "The majority are for living like human beings in accordance with the advances of the times, the masses can not coexist in the world under subhuman conditions that don't agree with the colossal wealth and the insulting waste. History has a tendency that goes towards broader freedom for men.". We must not let ourselves be cheated, they are in the defensive, we are in the strategic offensive of the world revolution, that was initiated with the people's war led by the Communist Party of Peru in 1980, followed by the people's war in Nepal, the revolutionary wars in Turkey, India and other places, as well as the struggles of the Arabic peoples, like in Palestine, against the imperialist aggression, etc., confirming that the New Great Wave of the World Proletarian Revolution has started to unfold.

We are optimistic about the very important advances in the process of the reconstitution of the Communist Parties like in Italy and India. The masses want revolution, and that is expressed mainly in the oppressed nations, they are the key, the base. There, the principal contradiction occurs, the one that exists between the superpowers and imperialist powers on one hand, and the oppressed nations of the third world on the other hand, and that enters even into Europe itself. The revolution needs that maoism be its command and guide, and for that, it is necessary to reconstitute the Communist Parties, as militarised marxist-leninist-maoist parties, that initiate and develop people's war and generate their own respective Great Leaderships (Jefaturas) sustained by guiding thoughts, as a product of the consistent creative application of marxism-leninism-maoism to the specific conditions of each revolution. "Only in this way the international proletariat, through its Communist Parties, will be able to lead the conquest of power and emancipate the oppressed to emancipate itself as a class".

The Communists struggle to Unite under maoism!, our strategic task of universal reach. The Revolutionary Internationalist Movement (RIM) is a step in that direction, which it will serve as long as it follows a correct and just political ideological line.

In the year that has passed advances have occurred in the RIM, but some, in full convergence with the revisionist and capitulationist right opportunist line (ROL) try to revoke what has been achieved and agreed upon and insist on vilely and publicly attacking our beloved Great Leader, Chairman Gonzalo. This shows that "the struggle for maoism will be long, complex and hard, but at the end we will impose it because marxism has not taken one step in its life without struggle".

Closely linked to that, is the other strategic task, the one of defending Chairman Gonzalo, Great Leader of the Party and the revolution, continuer of Marx, Lenin and Chairman Mao, who has defined maoism as the third, new and superior stage of marxism, who, applying it to the concrete reality of our country has given us Gonzalo Thought.

We must defend him as what he is, rejecting all the concentrated attacks of imperialism, reaction and revisionism, concretely, the miserable rats of the ROL, who intend to stain him as a revisionist and a capitulator. Our slogan is clear and concrete: Defend the life of Chairman Gonzalo! and, linked to it, Defend the life of Comrade Feliciano! We must develop more the international campaign with that purpose, deepening it and elevating it to new heights, crushing all the convergences with the ROL.

The PCP defends the life of Chairman Gonzalo with people's war.

The miserable rats of the ROL, from the prisons, second by all means the hoaxes put together by imperialism and reaction against our beloved great leader, against the Party and the people's war, like the hoax of the "hunger strike".

But the people's war is unfolding in the strategic equilibrium and marches unstoppably towards the conquest of the Power in the whole country, for bringing to a conclusion the democratic revolution establishing the People's Republic of Peru.

Hundreds of armed actions have been developed during the present year, developing all the forms of the people's war, in the countryside as well as in the cities, shaking the country and abroad, making all the stories of imperialists, reactionaries and revisionists of all kinds, saying that the "people's war is finished in defeat", that there is a "setback in the people's war", that there are "only small isolated groups", etc, blow up in their face.

There it is, defiant and victorious, the new Power, the support bases and the people's committees, sustained firmly by the barrels of the guns of the People's Liberation Army (EPL) and the unlimited strive and sacrifice of our people, all-embracingly led by the Party.

The PCP is developing with all-round success, in Peru as well as abroad, the politics of the boycott of the elections linked to the development of the people's war, and now aiming against the second electoral round.

Meanwhile for the enemy everything gets worse day by day: the bureaucratic capitalism is going through the worst crisis of all its history, it is in its decomposition, declines more and is being sunk by the people's war, from this they can not escape; now with its so called "transitory government", a runt of Yankee imperialism for guaranteeing its hegemonic counterrevolutionary plans as sole gendarme, that goes from failure to failure. The people's war made all their contradictions explode and blew the infected boils through all their pores.

In this way the people's war shows its invincibility, because it is the only road for the class and the people. The people's war will triumph inevitably. This is the best way in which we serve the international proletariat, the world revolution. We have assumed this promise before the international proletariat and the peoples of the world, and today, a day of proletarian combat, we renew it with full optimism and unbreakable faith in our goal, the forever golden and shining Communism.
